Kid to Kid is a kid‑centric resale store located across the United States, Canada, and Portugal. We buy and sell children’s apparel and accessories, providing families with great value while helping them free up space.

Every day we manage a fast‑paced buying and selling environment. Our team tags, merchandises, and restocks items, keeps the floor clean and organized, and interacts with customers in‑store and online. We also create live videos to showcase new arrivals and promote events.

• Being friendly, courteous, and energetic every day
• Cashiering and building rapport with customers
• Merchandising hundreds of items purchased daily, creatively maintaining the selling floor
• Restocking as needed so customers always find new items
• Tagging and sorting clothes, toys, and baby equipment in our system
• Learning Kid‑to‑Kid systems and procedures via onsite and online training
• Handling all returns courteously and professionally
• Sharing promotional events and sales with customers in‑store and online
• Maintaining good housekeeping and tidying up with a busy floor

• High energy and fast‑moving work style
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly
• Love working with kids and families
• 1–2 years of retail or food‑service experience, or studies in education, business, marketing, or a related field
• Comfortable with computer‑based inventory and POS systems
