This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Weatherford, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and driving customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer needs, retaining current accounts, managing contracts, and identifying opportunities to sell services to new clients or upsell additional features to existing customers.
Qualifications- Experience in Inside Sales and Account Management
- Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Skilled in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in CRM and sales tools; ability to learn new technologies quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus
