Earn $15.00 Per Hour
Benefits- Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:pm (weekends until 5 pm).

- Mileage reimbursement is provided when traveling between properties or for other work‑related tasks.
- Property managers have the opportunity to earn performance‑based bonuses.
- Property managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
- Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
- Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
- Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Walk in and around facilities for up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris.
Experience
:
Successful candidates come from customer service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation
: A valid driver’s license is required and employees must use their own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or conduct other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
