Role Description The Outside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Weatherford, TX, responsible for driving equipment sales and building strong customer relationships in the field. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with existing and prospective customers at their locations, assessing equipment needs, presenting product options, and preparing quotes and proposals. The role involves coordinating field service visits, following up on leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction before and after the sale.
The Outside Sales Specialist will deliver product training and demonstrations as needed, maintain accurate records in the company’s systems, and collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Account Management, with the ability to develop new business and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Background in Field Service and Training, including supporting equipment use, troubleshooting basic issues, and providing product guidance to customers.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, responsiveness, and follow-through in a field-based environment.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site and field-oriented role, including regular local travel to customer locations.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of or interest in industrial or commercial equipment is preferred; prior experience in equipment sales or related industries is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, sales, or a technical field is beneficial.
