New Home Sales Consultant — Brock & Weatherford

Doug Parr Homes is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to represent our growing presence in the Brock and Weatherford markets
.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who knows how to generate business, build Realtor relationships, and consistently close new-home sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell Doug Parr Homes in the Brock and Weatherford markets.
• Manage company-generated and self-generated leads from initial contact through closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, brokers, and referral partners.
• Prospect and develop new sales opportunities.
• Conduct model and home tours and effectively present our homes, features, and communities.
• Maintain timely and consistent follow-up with all prospects.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and lead activity.
• Coordinate with construction, design, and administration to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in open houses, Realtor events, and community marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in new-home sales
  , preferably luxury, custom, or semi-custom.
• Strong Realtor and local-market relationships.
• Demonstrated sales production and closing ability.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Professional presentation and strong customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable.
• Ability to generate business rather than rely solely on walk-in traffic.

Compensation

2% Commission

Additional performance incentives may be available.
