• Install high quality framed, semi-frameless, and custom heavy glass showers and mirrors
• Conduct accurate field measuring, offer design guidance to the customer so the outcome meets our professional standards and the customer expectations
• Conduct a Pre‑Installation and Post‑Installation checklist with customer signoff
• Keep company vehicle, equipment, and your uniform clean and present a professional image

• Ability to measure accurately and use tape measures and levels
• Physical ability to work with shower panels and related equipment required for glass installation
• Must have knowledge of shower installation tolerances and techniques
• Proficiency to navigate tablet‑based technology
• Excellent communication skills
