This full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role is based in Greenville, TX. The technician will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems and controls, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, conducting preventive maintenance, calibrating controls, and completing service documentation. The role involves communicating with customers on service needs, timelines, and system performance, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer care.
The technician will work closely with other team members and project stakeholders to support reliable, energy-efficient HVAC operations at client facilities.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, including diagnosing and resolving HVAC system and controls issues.
- Hands‑on experience with maintenance & repair and preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC equipment.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, with clear communication and professional service at client sites.
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain), with solid understanding of safety, refrigerants, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls, building automation systems, and basic electrical and mechanical principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to customer locations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or trade school in HVAC or related field preferred.
- Physical ability to work in commercial environments, including lifting equipment and working in varied conditions.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
