Shop Equipment Mechanic

M.E.S.O. Inc. (Mobile Equipment Service Options Inc.) is offering an excellent opportunity for an Equipment Mechanic/Service Technician who is ready to grow their career with a fast‑growing company. We are searching for qualified and ambitious individuals to perform maintenance and repairs of all types of general construction equipment, aerial equipment, and dirt equipment with limited or no supervision in a highly skilled, safe, and professional manner, with superior customer service skills.

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of equipment, applying independent judgment.
• Use diagnostic tools as required.
• Perform service documentation and accurately order needed parts from vendors.

• 5+ years of technician experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment; aerial equipment experience is a plus.
• Highly developed mechanical background knowledge, including various engine types, hydraulic and electrical experience, and advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Must own the tools applicable to the position.
• Strong teamwork, verbal, and written skills.
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check, drug test, DOT physical, and have an acceptable MVR.
