As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning every aspect of residential heating and air conditioning service.
- Assist experienced technicians with diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune‑ups.
- Learn proper installation, service, and repair procedures.
- Safely use HVAC tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and clean job sites.
- Complete service documentation using company software.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Comfort Experts professionally.
- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and leadership training.
- 0–2 years of residential HVAC experience or recent HVAC trade school graduate.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
