We are looking for both new and experienced service technicians to join our growing team.

As a Service Technician at Comfort Experts, you will:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry advancements and best practices.

• For Senior Technicians:
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• For New Technicians:
  Relevant training or certification in HVAC.
• Valid HVAC certification and licenses as required by the state of Texas.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
