is looking for driven and detail-oriented
Service Technicians
at all experience levels to join our growing team.

• Flexible pay structure: $18-$40 per flag hour or hourly based on experience & certifications
• Relocation assistance for qualified applicants
• Paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and clear paths to level up
• Facilities equipped with OEM-required specialty tools

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)

Requirements:

• MMI Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred
• Verifiable powersports technician experience
• Master Certs or A/B level certifications encouraged
• Own a set of comprehensive tools
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual
• Commission based pay
