Comfort Keepers is seeking an energetic, people-focused part-time Community Liaison & Marketing Representative to expand our presence throughout Weatherford, Aledo, Hudson Oaks, Willow Park, Azle, Springtown, and communities further west such as Brock, Mineral Wells, Millsap, and Peaster.

Comfort Keepers has been serving seniors and families for 20 years in Tarrant County and more than 27 years nationally. We branched out into Weatherford in late 2022. Our mission is simple:

We help seniors remain safe, independent, and connected in the comfort of their own homes while providing peace of mind to families.

We are a licensed personal care services (PAS) agency with 5 offices throughout Tarrant and Parker Counties and a reputation built on compassionate care, professionalism, and community involvement. We provide in-home care which is often referred to as caregiving or non-medical care.

Brief

Position Overview

The Community Liaison & Marketing Representative will serve as the face of Comfort Keepers throughout the Parker County area.

This role focuses on developing referral relationships, increasing community awareness, generating qualified leads, and helping grow our client base through networking, education, consulting, and relationship-building activities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working independently, and creating opportunities through strong relationships.

This is NOT a desk job. You'll spend most of your time:

  • Meeting with referral partners
  • Attending local / community events
  • Visiting senior centers and independent living communities
  • Building relationships with nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Connecting with organizations that serve seniors and their families such as the VA
  • Representing the Comfort Keepers brand throughout the community
What You'll Do 1. Business Development & Community Outreach
  • Develop new referral relationships throughout Parker County
  • Build relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, hospice agencies, home health agencies, and community organizations
  • Conduct regular face-to-face visits with referral sources
  • Attend networking events, senior expos, health fairs, chamber events, and community meetings
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and partnership development
  • Promote Comfort Keepers services throughout the Weatherford market
2. Community Engagement
  • Help plan and execute local initiatives such as:
    • National Day of Joy
    • Walk to End Alzheimer's
    • Community education events
    • Caregiver appreciation activities
  • Represent Comfort Keepers at local events and speaking opportunities
  • Develop relationships with organizations serving seniors and veterans
3. Lead Generation & Follow-Up
  • Generate new inquiries and referral opportunities
  • Follow up on prospective client inquiries
  • Assist with in-home consultations and assessments when appropriate
  • Support new client onboarding by ensuring a smooth transition to our care team
  • Maintain regular communication with referral partners and prospects
4. Reporting & Planning
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Report weekly on:
    • New contacts
    • Meetings with individuals at key partners
    • Referrals / Leads generated
    • Pipeline activity – assessments / in–home visits
    • Attendance and Chamber / Community meetings
  • Participate in planning sessions
  • Help develop quarterly and annual outreach plans
Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following segments is highly desirable:

  • Home health
  • Hospice
  • Senior living communities
  • Intermediate rehab or skilled nursing facilities

Past experience in roles such as:

  • Community relations / outreach
  • Social media marketing
  • Chamber of Commerce leadership
  • Real estate sales or leasing
