Role:
Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst (Epic Go‑Live | Workflow Development | Post‑Sales) Type:
Long term contract
We are seeking RCM Operations Analysts with Epic Foundation end‑user experience and strong knowledge across end to end RCM functions.
Key Responsibilities- Support Epic Go‑Live and workflow readiness
- Develop/document RCM workflows and SOPs
- Assist with claim queue creation & reconciliation
- Provide post‑sales workflow optimization
- Experience working in an Epic Foundation environment (as an end user) with documentation skills
- Patient Access:
Scheduling, Registration, Authorizations, Eligibility - Revenue Integrity:
Charge Capture, Billing (Facility/Professional), Rejections, Follow‑up, Payment Posting, Denial - Patient Financial Services:
Patient Responsibility, Charity Care, GL Reconciliation
