Summary/Objective
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to assist with the general maintenance and upkeep of our property and grounds. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physical work, and can handle a variety of basic maintenance tasks. This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Safety must always be exercised.

Essential Functions

• Basic property maintenance and upkeep
• Mowing and general lawn care
• Weed eating and trimming
• Safe operation of chainsaws and other basic outdoor power equipment
• Working safely from ladders
• Moving and lifting heavy objects
• General cleanup of the property and grounds
• Other basic maintenance and property-related tasks as needed

Qualifications & Education

• Dependable and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Mechanically inclined and generally handy
• Able to safely operate lawn and basic power equipment
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting and moving heavy objects
• Willing to perform a variety of tasks as needed
• Must Successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment
• High school diploma/GED

Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee works both indoors and outdoors. May be exposed to loud noise while using grounds facilities equipment.

• Safety glasses
• Mask or face-shield when necessary

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with some flexibility, 40 hours per week.
