Salary Range: $22.00 To $26.00 Hourly
Summary / ObjectiveThe TIG Welder / Production Welder requires knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principal methods involved in the production of precision parts is also required.
Essential Functions- Lay out, fit, and set-up of equipment.
- Mainly TIG weld with some MIG welding according to blueprints and job orders.
- Select equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding.
- Layout, positioning, and alignment of components for welding.
- Movement and positioning of work pieces using overhead crane.
- May clean or degrease parts using brush, grinder, or chemical bath.
- Troubleshoots welding procedures by visually examining welds for defects.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Education and Experience
- Two (2) years of factory/manufacturing experience with similar equipment at high volumes.
- TIG & MIG Welding Certifications are a plus.
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 1 st shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm, or 2 nd shift – 3:30pm to midnight, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
