Full Time Manual Labor — Webb City, MO, US

Salary Range: $19.25 to $21.85 Hourly

The Blaster is responsible for handling blasting operations for the organization.

• Unload all incoming steel from flatbed trucks/trailers with overhead crane.
• Correctly use a tape measure.
• Operate a forklift safely or be willing and able to be trained to safely operate a forklift.
• Identify, store, stack, organize and stage product.
• Supply materials to various workstations throughout the plant as necessary (robotic welders and other areas of the Scale Shop and Building 15/17).
• Work from a pick list and determine priority for parts placement.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Two (2) years of factory/manufacturing experience with blaster or similar equipment.

• This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday through Friday, 1st shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 2nd shift 3:30 p.m. to midnight, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
