Machinist - First Shift

We are looking for a motivated CNC Machine operator to join our team. This is a first shift role, and the schedule is 6am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure precision.

Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.

Strong analytical skills and practical problem-solving skills.

Ability to troubleshoot, service, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Assist in 5S and Lean activities as required.

Self-motivated and ability to work well with others in all departments.

Qualifications Proven experience as a machinist (3 years preferred).Mazak programming experience preferred.

Proficient in operating CNC machines, lathes, mills, and grinders.

Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Self-motivated and ability to work well with others in all departments.
