Aspire Senior Living Webb City, a premier skilled nursing facility, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Our mission is to enhance the lives of everyone we touch, and we're looking for a passionate and committed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to our residents.

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as ordered by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and treatment plans
• Participate in staff training programs and in-service education sessions to stay current with best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to residents

• Active and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience working in a long-term care/senior living or related field
• Current CPR certification and any other certifications relevant to the role
