About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our residents during the evening shift. Registered Nurse Supervisor will lead a team of dedicated nurses and caregivers, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and service. Your strong leadership and clinical skills will help to maintain a positive and supportive work environment, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and caregivers during the evening shift
• Conduct resident care assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate and supervise the delivery of care and services to residents
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service

Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong leadership and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
