The Quality Administrator helps maintain and improve our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). This role works closely with all departments to ensure quality standards are understood, documented, followed, and continuously improved through effective procedures, training, and quality initiatives.

- Communicate ISO 9001 requirements and serve as a resource for quality system questions across the organization.
- Create, revise, maintain, and control Quality Manual, procedures, and related quality documentation, ensuring information is accurate, current, and accessible.
- Partner with management to develop work instructions, forms, flowcharts, control charts, and other quality tools that support ISO requirements and operational needs.
- Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System by monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Assist with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, including investigations, documentation, follow-up, and effectiveness tracking.
- Participate in Management Review meetings and cross-functional teams, providing input on quality performance and improvement efforts.
- Develop, administer, and maintain training programs that support quality system awareness and department-specific training requirements, including tracking completion and effectiveness.
- Serve as the company representative for training-related state funding programs, coordinating required documentation, compliance activities, and reporting.

Position Type / Expected Hours
Full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A minimum of 40 hours per week is expected, with additional hours as needed.

Supervisory Responsibility
Supervises Quality Administration employees.
Required Education and Experience
- Associate degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of quality assurance or administrative experience, preferably in an ISO-certified environment.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Five years of quality assurance or administrative experience, preferably in an ISO-certified environment.
