Funeral Sales Representative

• Close pre-set appointments with clients planning their funerals
• Develop relationships with clients who want to preplan their funeral
• Connect with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind to their loved ones
• Work with field management and use organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching to succeed
• Support families in prearranging intentional plans through Precoa's preneed insurance services
• Generate leads and network within the community
• Help implement Precoa's Proactive Preneed lead generation and marketing system

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities
• Strong listening and relationship development skills
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
• Excellent persuasion skills
• Lead generation and networking abilities
