Webster City CSD is seeking a Full-Time Preschool Para educator for our 4-Year-Old Classrooms who loves early childhood education and wants to be part of a supportive team focused on helping our youngest learners grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Position Overview

Under the supervision of the building principal and direction of the classroom teacher, the Preschool Para educator works full-time in the 4-year-old preschool setting. This role is vital in supporting instruction, student engagement, classroom management, and daily routines to ensure a safe, structured, and welcoming learning environment.

What You'll Do

• Support certified classroom teachers in delivering instruction and managing daily classroom routines
• Work directly with individual students or small groups during play-based activities and learning centers
• Assist with classroom management, transitions, and daily routines
• Help implement learning activities, social-emotional guidance, and positive behavior interventions
• Help maintain a safe, clean, structured, and welcoming classroom environment
• Build nurturing and supportive relationships with students
• Assist with student supervision across classroom activities, meal/snack times, and outdoor play
