Responsible for the day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance, and urgent repair of building infrastructure, clinical support equipment, and physical grounds. Working in a regulated medical setting, this role ensures a safe, continuous, and compliant 24/7 medical environment.
Essential Functions:Building Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot core HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and scheduled facility inspections.
Repairs and Upkeep: General repairs including carpentry, painting, lighting, and doors.
Grounds Maintenance: Mowing, snow removal, landscaping, and exterior maintenance of the building.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control containment procedures, and regulatory standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
40 hours a week, 9am to 5:30pm, hours will also be flexible. Some holidays.
On-call required, 1 week every 3 weeks.
