Our patient is a resilient one‑year‑old who was born prematurely and has overcome countless challenges. She recently transitioned home from the pediatric intensive care unit and is thriving with the support of her loving family and skilled nursing team. She requires a compassionate, detail‑oriented nurse who enjoys pediatric critical care and is comfortable caring for children with advanced medical needs, including ventilator support, tracheostomy care, respiratory treatments, and tube feedings.

• Ventilator monitoring and management
• Tracheostomy care and suctioning
• Continuous pulse oximetry monitoring

• Comprehensive respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, gastrointestinal, and skin assessments
• Hourly monitoring and documentation

• Bathing and diaper changes
• Oral care

• Current Iowa RN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong assessment skills
