As a Dining Services Associate / Server / Dietary Aide
, you’ll help provide a restaurant‑style dining experience for residents by supporting meal service, assisting during dining, and maintaining a clean, organized dining and kitchen area. The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service‑oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The community is a drug‑free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the company Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Food serving experience preferred.
