Karl Auto is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to help guide and grow our high-volume sales department. This is your chance to lead from the front — motivating your team, improving the guest experience, and driving results every day.

Assists New Car Manager and Used Car Manager in the day to day operation of the new and pre-owned sales departments. Assists the managers with their inventory and helps with whatever the managers need to keep the department running smoothly. The New and Used Car Managers retain sole responsibility for their inventory and for the leadership and development of the sales team;

this role is focused on supporting them.

• Lead by example on the showroom floor — support and coach sales consultants daily
• Track team performance and help achieve monthly sales and CSI goals
• Work directly with customers to ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience
• Serve as a communication bridge between sales, management, and service teams

• Be highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Possess strong time management skills
• Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally
• Team oriented
• Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities

• 3–5 years of automotive sales experience (CDJR, Chevrolet, or GM brand is a plus)
• Proven success closing deals and delivering excellent customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership potential — motivates others and thrives on team success
• Organized, coachable, and ready to take on more responsibility
• Familiar with CRM tools (Drive Centric), VAuto, and digital retailing platforms
