Dining Operations Manager

• Manage daily meal service, events, and all operations related to assigned cafés and dining accounts.
• Oversee catering for meetings, corporate events, and dining services, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic leadership by hiring, training, and developing staff; manage work schedules and foster a cohesive, high‑performing team.
• Support the District Manager in analyzing business results, developing action plans, and implementing strategies to improve performance and drive growth.
• Assist in monitoring P&L financial reports for each account and help develop strategies to align performance with company goals.
• Monitor, evaluate, and audit food, beverage, and service offerings to maintain café satisfaction; initiate improvements as needed.
• Ensure safe, secure, and healthy facility environments by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
• Motivate culinary and management teams to innovate and modernize menus and services.
• Collaborate with account teams and provide recommendations to the District Manager to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
• Assist with special corporate projects or events as assigned.
• May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industry and management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and industry trends.
• Superior customer service skills and daily interactions with customers and clients.
• Strong understanding of employee and client relations.
• Strong ability to support, manage, and promote growth initiatives.
• Full‑time travel to accounts to support operational needs.
