The Goddard School is looking for a dependable, positive Spanish Teacher to join our team! This unique role focuses on creating fun, age‑appropriate Spanish lessons that introduce children ages 2–5 to the Spanish language through songs, games, stories, movement, and hands‑on activities.

It is not required to be fluent in Spanish. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning alongside our students and committed to making language exposure exciting and meaningful.

• Create and implement engaging, age‑appropriate Spanish lessons for children ages 2–5
• Introduce Spanish vocabulary through play, music, stories, movement, and interactive activities
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment where children feel excited to participate
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support learning throughout the school day
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children
• Creative, energetic, and comfortable leading group activities
• Reliable, professional, and communicates well
• Positive, team‑oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed
• Open to learning, growing, and bringing new ideas to the classroom
• A willingness to introduce and teach basic Spanish vocabulary and concepts in a fun, engaging way (fluency is not required)

• High school diploma required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
