Job Summary
As a Teacher II at KVC Academy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality education and support to students in a nurturing environment that emphasizes both learning and healing. This role works closely with students with Autism, including those who are non-verbal and have high support needs. Our small class sizes allow for individualized instruction and support, including assistance with daily living skills such as toileting, while fostering communication, independence, and emotional growth.

Each student receives the personalized care and structure they need to thrive both academically and developmentally.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field

Licensure/Certification

• State of Missouri License to teach.
• Special Education Certification;
  Learning Behavior Specialist Endorsement

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old to apply
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required
• Valid driver's license
