As a Business Banking Specialist within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Webster Groves, MO.

Responsibilities- Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2 MM in sales revenue. Achieve business results through leadership and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners.
- Generate proactive leads and referrals, leveraging bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households.
- Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 2 MM in sales revenue, translating client information into actionable sales strategy and tactics.
- Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, working with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
- Deliver a differentiated client experience, handling client well‑being through tailored solutions for deposits, lending, cash management, payments and investing.
- Work with the branch team to identify opportunities and create referrals for consumer and business banking.
- Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and position PNC products.
- Manage risk, adhere to policies and procedures, and support branch daily operations.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
