Lutheran Senior Services - Up to $25.15/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepares and administers medication to residents under the direction of the nursing staff;
Documents vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, respiration and weight checks in the resident's electronic health record;
Assists residents during mealtimes and feeds residents that need full assistance;
Actively participates in the resident's care/service plan;
Respects privacy and follows HIPAA requirements
