Join Our Team as a Maintenance Mechanic III!
Location: Mercy Hospital
Shift: Full Time Evenings - 2 PM to 10:30 PM

Your Responsibilities:- Independently operate, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, and movable equipment systems.
- Utilize your advanced technical skills to resolve repair issues with minimal supervision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe working environment.
- Support large hospital campuses by maintaining various systems and equipment.
- Education: No specific degree required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years of commercial experience with electrical, plumbing, and movable equipment.
- Licensure: Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
- Numerical skills for calculations related to testing and repairs.
- Proficiency in computer software such as Outlook, TMS, and Nuvolo.
- Exceptional customer service skills and mechanical aptitude.
- 2+ years of training in a Technical or Vocational School.
- 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance within a healthcare environment.
- Certification in medical gas maintenance (ASSE 6040) is a plus.
