Mercy is looking to add part‑time experienced RN's to the team! The shift for these roles is primarily nights; some mid-shifts may be available as well.

Staffed 24/7 with:

• Board‑Certified OB Hospitalists
• OB Anesthesia
• Maternal‑Fetal Medicine Specialists
• Highly skilled nursing and surgical teams

Safe, supportive nurse‑to‑patient ratios:

• Labor & Birth: 1:2
• High‑Risk: 1:1 (based on acuity)

Structured support for experienced nurses:

• Strong unit‑based leadership
• Ongoing education & certification support
• Collaborative care with expert physicians

• Shift: Full‑Time/Part‑time/PRN
• FTE:
  Flexible options available
• Sign‑On Bonus:
  Up to $10,000 (eligible roles)

• Experience:
  
  1+ year Labor & Birth RN experience
• Education:
  
  Nursing degree from an accredited program
• License:
  Active RN license (state or compact)
• Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA)
  • NRP
  • ACLS
  • Intermediate Fetal Heart Rate Training provided for Labor RNs
• Preferred: RNC‑OB, C‑EFM (encouraged, not required)

Starting Day One (For those working at least 16 hours per week):
