Assist with dining service set-up in dining rooms and at catered events, including preparing beverages and food items;
Assist with dining room set up and service, including setting tables and stocking buffets;
Maintain cleanliness of dining service areas, bussing tables, dishwashing, and waste disposal;
Record food temperatures, usage, and waste in HACCP logs and document required information;
Follow safety procedures and report hazards or equipment issues to supervisor
