Who We Need

We’re seeking a confident, personable Host to be one of the first friendly faces our guests interact with. In this role, you’ll ensure that guests receive a polished welcome, setting the tone for the distinctive Olive + Oak experience. From greeting and seating to managing reservations and coordinating with the service team, you will help uphold the refined yet inviting spirit that defines our flagship property.

What

You’ll Do
  • Greet and seat guests, offering a warm, courteous welcome and efficiently guiding guests to their tables, balancing the smooth flow of our dining room.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest expectations, coordinating bookings through our reservation platform and providing clear, accurate wait times for walk‑ins.
  • Liaise with the team, collaborating closely with servers, bartenders, and the kitchen to keep service running seamlessly, especially during peak hours or special events.
  • Maintain a tidy & elegant front‑of‑house, ensuring that the host stand, entryway, and waiting areas reflect the elevated aesthetic of Olive + Oak.
  • Support service as needed, stepping in to assist with light tasks such as confirming table readiness or providing service updates when the dining room is bustling.
  • Embody our culture, representing Olive + Oak’s commitment to refined hospitality, graceful service, and genuine warmth.

Availability & Positions

Availability:
Dinner service only—late afternoon into nights.

Positions:
