• Assist with basic food preparation: washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables; prepare meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area; ensure ingredients are properly stored and labeled.
• Support line cooks and chefs in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety guidelines.

• Foundational Culinary
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience in basic food preparation techniques, including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables, as well as preparing meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Organizational Excellence:
  Ability to maintain a clean and orderly prep area, ensuring all ingredients are properly stored and labeled.
• Efficiency:
  Capable of completing prep tasks in a timely manner to meet the kitchen’s needs.
