What You’ll Do- Run company-generated leads and develop additional business through referrals and neighborhood marketing.
- Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm damage and retail improvement projects.
- Prepare professional estimates and explain product options, materials, and warranties.
- Meet with insurance adjusters to confirm scopes and ensure coverage accuracy.
- Build long-lasting customer and referral relationships in the Webster Groves area.
- Represent Prrotect Roofing at local business and networking events, including Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and HBA meetings.
- Partner with real-estate agents, insurance professionals, and contractors to grow referral pipelines.
- Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with open leads.
- Assist homeowners with color selections and contract finalization.
- Attend weekly sales strategy meetings to collaborate with the team.
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or restoration.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Comfortable explaining insurance claim processes.
- Physically able to climb roofs and inspect exteriors.
- Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- A team player with professionalism and a strong sense of accountability.
- Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales revenue.
- Maintain a 35% or higher closing ratio.
- Balance company-provided and self-generated leads (50/50).
- Build 10+ new referral relationships per month.
