Timberline Landscapes is hiring an experienced Install Crew Leader to manage and develop a field crew, oversee on‑site install operations, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role that requires leadership, technical skill, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and train install crew members on‑site
- Plan daily tasks, delegate work, and maintain high‑quality standards
- Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely
- Maintain job site organization, equipment, and materials
- Communicate daily with the operations team
- Enter accurate data, timesheets, and project documentation
- 3+ years landscaping experience
- 1+ years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of hardscaping, irrigation, and LED lighting
- Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles
- Strong communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills
- $21 - $24 per hour
