You’ll work side-by-side with doctors and a supportive team in a well-run, efficient environment where you can focus on delivering high-quality care and building meaningful patient relationships — all with a consistent, set schedule and no weekends or late nights.

Schedule:

Tuesday 8 am - 6 pm, Wednesday & Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 am - 2 pm

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional clinical care, helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health
  • Perform hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, debridement, fluoride, sealants, whitening, and localized antibiotic placement
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including periodontal charting and screening for oral cancer and other conditions
  • Take and interpret dental radiographs
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care in a way that is clear, supportive, and motivating
  • Partner closely with the doctor to identify and communicate restorative needs
  • Keep appointments running on time while maintaining a high standard of care and patient experience
  • Support a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment, including sterilization and equipment maintenance
  • Collaborate with the full team to ensure a seamless and positive patient visit from start to finish
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset and professional demeanor
