This role will work out of our offices in Dudley, MA and Webster, MA.

** What You’ll Do
*** Deliver exceptional clinical care, helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health
* Perform hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, debridement, fluoride, sealants, whitening, and localized antibiotic placement
* Conduct thorough assessments, including periodontal charting and screening for oral cancer and other conditions
* Take and interpret dental radiographs
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care in a way that is clear, supportive, and motivating
* Partner closely with the doctor to identify and communicate restorative needs
* Keep appointments running on time while maintaining a high standard of care and patient experience
* Support a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment, including sterilization and equipment maintenance
* Collaborate with the full team to ensure a seamless and positive patient visit from start to finish
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

* Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
