Compensation

Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance bonuses or premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

The Installer Service Specialist is an experienced and technical parts specialist who services the needs of professional customers through the store’s installer counter. This position will oversee and direct daily activities of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries.

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take customer orders accurately over the phone and online, invoice orders, and pick and stage parts for delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive orders consistently and timely.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards and that all vehicle inspections are completed on time.
• Enter daily mileage into delivery fleet management devices.
• Work with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
• Handle new core and warranty returns, pick up and credit them in a timely manner.
• Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure returns are tagged/labeled correctly.
• Assist on the front counter and, as needed, on the retail counter.
• Perform backroom duties such as auto‑load, returns, stock, and other tasks.
• Assist with customer labor claims, ensuring quick and efficient processing.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands‑on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages;
  Spanish is highly desired.
