Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to join us as an Electronic Services (EFT) Representative. In this multifaceted role, you'll play a key part in processing a variety of financial transactions, supporting debit card services, managing ACH operations, and ensuring the smooth handling of both digital and paper-based banking functions.

This is a full time, 37.5 hours per week, onsite role (may require occasional extended hours and/or Saturday coverage).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process ACH transactions including ACH receiving/ ACH Origination and returns via Eas Corp & Synergy
  • Reconcilement of cash advances
  • Dispute processing in relation to Reg E including ATM/debit card disputes and unauthorized ACH
  • Ordering and maintenance of debit/ATM cards
  • Process and post mobile and remote deposit applications and transactions
  • Reconcile in-clearing items and return unprocessed items to the Eascorp including check adjustments
  • Maintain the Overdraft Privilege programs, including account monitoring
  • Negative account reporting to Collections and Efunds
  • Respond to member and branch inquiries; researching ACH & Debit card transactions
  • Cross-train across operational functions to support team coverage as needed
  • Promote overall BSA Compliance by adhering to all BSA and OFAC Regulations specific to job function and by assisting BSA Department as necessary with any departmental function specific items.
  • Will actively promote the security and privacy of member and employee information through adherence to both information security and physical security policies, procedures, and governing regulations. Training will be completed at least annually for Information Security topics, BSA, and GLBA; annual BSA training will be position specific. Annual training will also include courses on any of the following regulations as they relate to the position described herein: SAFE ACT, Regulations B, C, D, E CC, DD, and Z as well as any training deemed necessary to promote adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze information and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and members
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to arrive promptly for scheduled shifts
Education/Training Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred
