Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster is looking for per diem Physical Therapists! You will be responsible for providing patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload. If you are a licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Up to $55 an hour with weekly pay.
Responsibilities- Screens patients/residents and evaluates them to develop appropriate care plans
- Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care
- Participates in team meetings and decision-making process as defined by the program
- Consults with and trains patients, residents and caregivers
- Monitors efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor
- Documents activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis
