-  - Responsibilities:
Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist;
Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices;
Document patient progress and communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments;
Maintain accurate clinical records and regulatory documentation in the electronic documentation system;
Supervise and support students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist
