• Hourly Pay: $38.86/hour

• Support clinical interventions using evidence-based practice
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders
• Administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Occupational Therapist
• Document treatment outcomes, progress notes, and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals and progress
• Participate in patient care conferences, team meetings, and required trainings
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist
• Ensure compliance with professional practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics

• Valid state licensure/registration (if applicable)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow regulatory and clinical guidelines
