Participate as a member of the mental health team on an inpatient behavioral health unit and provide direct patient care;
Provide clear, timely communication to licensed nurses regarding patient observations and changes;
Maintain patient safety through safety checks and environmental safety rounds, and utilize fall-prevention strategies;
Utilize de-escalation and calming tools and follow restraint policy standards when caring for restrained patients;
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment
