Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC is a multi-state home care agency serving families across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. We provide both non-skilled (PCA, HHA, companion, respite) and skilled (RN, LPN, PT, OT, ST) home care services with a focus on compassionate, high-quality client care.

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.)
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation

• Required: Prior hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift / mechanical patient lift
• Required: Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) — required for Medicare compliance
• Required: Ability to pass background check
• Hoyer Lift experience
• HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Prior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred
