RequiredSkills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including ownership of sophisticated, enterprise‑level products
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing product life cycles from planning through delivery
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a data‑driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or banking
- Experience with billing systems, payment processing, or policy administration platforms
- Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and customer journey mapping
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI, cloud computing, or automation tools
- Experience mentoring or guiding other product professionals
