Data Product Manager II

• Lead the delivery of enterprise data products that power analytics, operational decision-making, AI initiatives, and customer-centric business capabilities
• Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for assigned data products
• Establish trusted partnerships with business leaders, data owners, and technology teams
• Own and manage the data product backlog
• Ensure compliance with MAPFRE data governance standards
• Perform deep analysis of business processes, data flows, and operational challenges
• Manage the lifecycle of enterprise data products from ideation through retirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of Data Product Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Governance, Analytics, or Data Engineering experience
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Cloud Data Platforms
• Preferred experience:
  
  Snowflake, AWS, Power BI, SQL

Demonstrates expertise in Data Product Management and Analytics, with a strong focus on delivering enterprise-scale data solutions and ensuring compliance with data governance standards. Proven ability to manage product life cycles and establish partnerships with stakeholders to drive business value.
