the assistant manager, in coordination with the general manager, is responsible for overseeing the operations of a dominos store(s) to achieve profit objectives, provide customer satisfaction, and maintain a stimulating work environment for all employees. The role requires regular presence in the store and cannot be fulfilled remotely. The assistant manager uses sound principles to maximize store profitability, balances staff needs with business interests, achieves optimal productivity, ensures customer satisfaction at all times, and enforces company policies.
